Sunset Aging Family Services was established with the goal of providing exceptional family support to those caring for older adults. Caring for an aging person can be rewarding- but it can also come with stress and fear.  We are here to help families succeed. 

Founder Krystal Wiebusch, LSW, has 19 years of experience as a Minnesota licensed social worker with people 65+ and their families. She has decades of training on the different types of dementia. She has worked in care settings and community settings. She believes people can take steps to avoid moving to assisted living, memory care, or nursing homes.  

• We offer personalized assessments of the family or senior's situation, and information about resources and services to help.  
• We provide facilitation of family discussions about goals and plans for the future.  
• We provide direct support to family caregivers by cheering them on, helping them problem solve, and training them in self-care, coping skills and care approaches.  
• We give educational presentations on caregiver and older adults issues both in the Twin Cities and via Zoom.
