Family Support Services

One hour meeting(s) via phone, Zoom, or in person to determine the main concerns about the caregiving role and/or care receiver’s well-being. We will use personalized interventions to aim for success for all. There may be programs or services that will ease family stress immediately.

Problem Solving With Family

An opportunity to include the whole family in the conversation. An organized, facilitated meeting where everyone gets to share their concerns and offer areas where they can help. Crucial for effective planning and reaching family goals.

Supporting Caregiver Well-Being

The primary caregiver gets unimaginable pressure put on them. They deserve a safe place to vent frustrations, receive positive feedback, and focus on themselves. The primary caregiver can schedule one-to-one meetings on a regular basis to work on their goals with our experienced social worker.

Educational Presentations and Support Groups

Are you a senior center director, a senior building manager, or a conference planner? Schedule a one hour interactive and informative presentation at your place or on Zoom. Looking to start up a caregiver support group? Since 2012, Krystal has led various successful caregiver support groups in cities located in Hennepin County.
